この選挙はまだ終わりからは程遠いところにあるのだ。どの州においても、ジョー・バイデンを勝者として認定できていない。
票の再集計をすべきだと争われている州は言うまでもなく、最終勝利者を公正に決定することを阻止している問題を抱えているその他の州においても同様だ。
例えば、ペンシルベニア州では、法律で定められた監視員が開票作業を監視する許可がされていなかった。
誰が大統領になるかは、法律に基づいた選挙によって決定されるのであり、ニュースメディアが決めることではない。
月曜日から、裁判所に訴訟を提訴が始まる。公職選挙法が正しく守られ、法に基づいた正当な勝者が大統領の椅子に座ることを保証するためだ。
すべてのアメリカ国民には公正な選挙が行われる権利がある。法律に基づいて有効とされた投票を集計し、無効とされた投票は排除すること。これこそが、あなたがた国民が選挙というものを疑いなく信用できるものにするための唯一の方法なのだ。
バイデン側がこの当たり前の法に従うことを拒否するとは、本当に衝撃的なことだ。彼らは参政権が無い人の投票や、既に死亡した人の名での不正投票や、あるいは偽造用紙で投票された場合でも有効票として集計している選挙を不正だと思わないなんてどういうことだ。
不正行為に関わった党だけが、不法にも開票作業の監視を妨害をしただろうし、法廷で締め出しを争うことになるのだ。
さて、バイデンは一体何を隠しているのだろうか？

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.
